Can I cancel or postpone my order?

*Tear. Is this because we made a joke about being as reliable as herpes?

No Order Cancellations, Postponements, or Refunds are permitted 30 days or less from your scheduled delivery date as the flowers have already been purchased and secured. No Exceptions.

Our cancellation policy does not cover natural disasters or acts of God. Flower Moxie will not be able to cancel your order or issue a refund within 30 days before the delivery date, regardless of the reason. This is because the flowers have already been secured with the farm and purchased. We strongly advise that you purchase wedding insurance so you can rest easy knowing that you're covered in the event of a natural disaster!

If you wish to cancel your Flower Moxie order, email hello@flowermoxie.com and include "CANCEL" in the subject line. Please note your name and order number in the body of the email. You will receive an email notification verifying the cancellation within 2 business days, and the refund will hit your account within 3-5 days.

*If you only need to do a partial cancellation (removing some items from your order), we will accept these changes up to 30 days out from your delivery date. Your order total must still meet our $350 order minimum.
