Can I change my delivery date? Or shipping address?

In most cases, yes! Simply email and include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Requested Delivery Date and/or Shipping Address change

Please be mindful that we STRONGLY encourage receiving your flowers 3 days before your event to give you 1 prep day and 2 design days, as well as to remedy any unforeseen shipping delays.
